Introduction to the Clubmans simM2 Cup

CM simM2 Cup

1.0 INTRODUCTION

After a successful 2015.2 season the Clubmans M2 Cup will move onto its second season in 2016. The 2016 Clubmans simM2 Cup will consist of a one-make series racing the BMW M235i Racing car. The season will consist of a sprint race format of two races per round.

The 2016 Clubmans simM2 Cup will take place during the first half of 2016 on selected Thursday evenings from 11 February 2016 until 9 June 2016. (barring no postponements).

2.0 SIMULATION PROGRAM Assetto

The M2 cup will make use of Assetto Corsa and its associated Dreampack 1.

3.0 CARS

Drivers entering the championship may only use the BMW M235i Racing car.

4.0 RACE FORMATS

The M2 Cup will consist of a sprint race format.

The format consists of two qualifying sessions of 15min and two race sessions of 30min.

5.0 RACE CALENDER

6.0 RACE NIGHT TIMETABLE

Each qualifying session will start on the race night at 8.30pm. The first race will start immediately after qualifying.

7.0 CHAMPIONSHIP ENTRY FEE

Entry is free. (Only free registration on the forum is required)
