GhostworX 3.0 takes on SAGT
GhostworX 3.0’s Team Principal Chris Browne confirmed his team’s 2014 SA simGT entry.
The driver line-up will consist of Browne and this time Johannes Coetsee. The team has opted to run two BMW Z4 GT3 cars.
Browne is extremely experienced having raced just about every simulator platform over the last 15 years. Browne did well to finish runner-up in the last two Sim Race SA simGT seasons and is looking to step up his performance in the Assetto Corsa era.
Coetsee joins GhostworX 3.0 while continuing his commitment to JVR GhostworX in the SA simSS3 Series, where he currently lies 5th in the championship.
”I am super stoked to have been signed by Mr. Chris Browne from GhostworX 3.0 (Pronounced “three point o”) to drive the #46 GT3 BMW Z4. Chris and myself has been team mates before when I started my Sim Race SA career here. We had two Panoz Esperante’s and managed to show some super car manufacturers what can be done with the correct driver behind the wheel of a pure torque machine! I am really looking forward to Silverstone International circuit which will be the first track in the series. Being a multiple discipline driver now (SS3 and SimGT) it will take great mental preparation to make the switch from Monday evenings Tatuus open wheeler to Tuesdays GT3 car.” said Coetsee
Browne was happy to confirm the team’s continued affiliation to EMSys Expense Management System, the team’s title sponsor for the 2014 SA simGT and simSS3 seasons.
