Ghost-Worx Xray’s Markus Steyn drove a faultless Race 2 to take his 2nd win of the season. Consistently fast lap times were enough to keep Steyn away from the frantically fought battle for 2nd between Frost and Browne, a carry over battle from Race 1. Willem Van Zyl, who started in 2nd place, looked extremely quick keeping in close contact with leader Steyn before a error by him forced a pit-stop ending any challenge for a victory. Johannes Coetsee, who again started from the back of the field, bettered his brilliant race 1 performance to this time finish in 6th position. Race 1 winner Zaahir Essa was unfortunately error prone, spinning during the start and involved in various incidents throughout the race to finish in 9th.
